Problem Note 71037: The message "The authorization header is malformed..." occurs when running PROC S3 with a custom region
When you use a PROC S3 statement to connect to a custom region, errors similar to the following occur:
ERROR: The authorization header is malformed; a non-empty Access Key (AKID) must be provided in the credential.

The authorization header is malformed; a non-empty Access Key (AKID) must be provided in the credential.
